for the grilled pork chops:

4-6 pork chops
clilli flakes
salt& pepper to taste
olive oil
lemon juice

for the spring salad:

lettuce
cherry tomatoes
radish
boiled beetroot
grated carrot
capers
balsamic vinegar
olive oil
salt&pepper
croutons
