The first day of March, the beginning of spring time, the days are slowly but surely getting longer and brighter. My personal surfing season officially begins so if you find yourselves at the west coast of Ireland -the best surfing part of the country- visit Achill Island in County Mayo and Lahinch in County Claire.
The water temperature is still pretty low but hey, you can not beat the sunshine and the good waves. No sharks. Just plenty of beautiful seascapes.
